Recently, the loading and unloading workshop of Yanshan Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Department has officially installed and put into use a new type of mobile filling station crane position emergency breaking valve, which eliminates the bottleneck problem of frequent action of the original emergency breaking valve to interrupt product filling, and improves the filling efficiency of the automobile tank truck.
Liu Dongfang, equipment supervisor of loading and unloading workshop, said that this time, the installation and operation of the new mobile loading station crane position emergency break valve adopts a strong buckle connection, its biggest feature is the torque force is large, not easy to move, to ensure a successful filling.
According to the site filling personnel, the installation and operation of the emergency break valve for crane position of the new mobile filling station on the one hand reduces the operation difficulty for the site filling personnel to butt the cars and tanks, saves the butt time and improves the use efficiency of the crane position of the filling station. On the other hand, it also improves the accuracy of docking between the tank car and the filling crane, avoids equipment damage caused by multiple docking, and reduces the failure rate in the filling process.
In the loading and unloading workshop of the storage and Transportation Department, the original crane emergency break valve adopts the bolted connection mode, which is easy to interrupt product filling by frequent action. In order to solve this production bottleneck problem, the production technicians of the storage and Transportation Department contacted the emergency break valve manufacturer for many times, and proposed the upgrading plan. After field trial, the snap-type emergency break valve was finally selected. This time, the new mobile loading station crane position emergency break valve adopts the new technology to upgrade the connection mode, adopts the strong buckle connection mode, and updates the material used. At the same time, the procurement and manufacturing costs are basically equivalent to the original emergency break valve, without increasing the manufacturing cost.
It is understood that in addition to installing the new mobile filling station crane emergency break valve in the filling station of butene car tank car, the Ministry of Storage and Transportation will also install 24 sets of new emergency break valve in the filling station of liquefied gas, propylene and ethylene oxide.
